Lisa Pagano is the proud owner of bright & brilliant, LLC, a gifted education consulting company. She has positively impacted both learning and teaching for over 18 years and has extensive experience in a wide variety of both school-based and district-level roles. She is committed to growing educators, leaders, and students.

Lisa has presented at district and state levels, as well as both nationally and internationally. She is highly skilled at designing and facilitating both in-person and virtual professional learning experiences that engage and motivate participants.  She shares bright ideas, immerses participants in brilliant strategies, and inspires teachers and administrators to take action. 

She is passionate about all things gifted and works tirelessly to improve outcomes for gifted learners. Lisa has led gifted identification efforts in a large urban district, and now currently leads elementary gifted and advanced programming. She has a deep understanding of best practices in gifted education and helps schools and districts put them into practice.

Notable accomplishments include:

  • transitioning a school with a high population of gifted learners into a model AIG program
